I spent the fall of 2006 touring Europe by foot and train, in effort to put off college for a year and try to learn something. Before the trip I bought a Eurail Pass, and a Panasonic DMC-FX01. Otherwise, I had seriously under budgeted for the trip, and couldn’t really afford to do much. With unlimited access to the European railways, I rode the trains constantly, visiting as many places as I could, and wandering around them during the day.
